All units ship insured from North Texas via USPS. Tracking is provided with every shipment, and signature on delivery is required for valuable items. Build times vary depending on inventory status. Prebuilt units listed as Available ship within a few business days of payment clearing. Custom builds typically take 2 to 6 weeks depending on parts sourcing and assembly. I'll give you a realistic timeline when we confirm your spec.
Returns are accepted on units in original condition. The buyer pays return shipping and is responsible for getting the item back to the workshop safely and intact. If a unit is damaged or altered during return shipping, the buyer assumes responsibility.
