Every unit ships fully insured and tracked, with a signature required on delivery. No-signature delivery is not available.
Signature is direct or adult-signature depending on carrier and value. Indirect signature release is not used.
Your shipping address must match the name on your payment and is verified before a label is created. Confirm your address before you pay.
Units ship within the U.S. only. We do not ship to freight forwarders, package reshipping services, courier warehouses, or cargo exporters. Night vision is export-controlled and is not shipped internationally without proper authorization.
Once a unit ships, the delivery address cannot be changed in transit. Package rerouting is disabled.
Every unit is serial-number tracked and documented before it leaves the workshop.
Units ship only after payment has fully cleared.
Build times vary depending on inventory status. Prebuilt units listed as Available ship within a few business days of payment clearing. Custom builds typically take 2 to 6 weeks depending on parts sourcing and assembly. I'll give you a realistic timeline when we confirm your spec.
Standard, in-stock units may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee. The unit must arrive back in original condition: unmounted, unmodified, and free of any wear from field use. Condition is assessed against how the unit left the workshop, which is documented and photographed before every unit ships.
The restocking fee covers the testing, servicing, and re-listing required to put a returned unit back into inventory. The buyer pays return shipping and is responsible for getting the item back safely and intact. If a unit is damaged or altered in return shipping, the buyer assumes responsibility.
Custom and built-to-spec units are paid in full upon acceptance. Cancel any time before I start your build for a full refund. Once the build has started, canceling means a 20% restocking fee with the remaining 80% refunded. Refunds are issued after your payment clears, back to the same account you paid from, within 3 business days. After a custom unit ships it is not returnable. Defects are separate from returns and covered under warranty. See the warranty page for full terms.
A unit that has been mounted, run in a game, or otherwise used in the field is no longer in original condition and is not eligible for return. These returns will be denied.
Returns are separate from defects. If a unit arrives with a genuine fault, that is handled at no cost to you and carries no restocking fee. Reach out and it will be made right.
