Here at Thorion Optics there is a million reasons to start a build, and you might be one of them. When you submit a custom build: I look it over, plan it out, and then we move on to phase 2.

After you submit your build, a couple things happen: First, we talk back and forth to lock in the details. Next, I look for potential sources and negotiate with supplier relations. After that, I send you the final quote.

Once the bill is paid, I get all of the necessary parts in hand to start your build. Used/Omni tubes sourced from reliable connections within the night vision community and surplus lots. New components and IIT's are sometimes bought directly from their respective manufacturers.

Everything is hand-assembled right here in North Texas. Each unit brought up to operational standards and field tested (Sometimes in a literal field) to catch any issues.

Once the unit is fully built and ready to send out, it is shipped insured with tracking information sent straight to you. Direct line to the builder stays open.

The client-builder connection doesn't end once you have the product in your hands. Your new device shows issues a week later, or 6 months down the road you blem your tube beyond repair?
